For centuries, the craft of paper cutting was practiced by Jewish artists throughout Europe and North Africa. Although this art form declined in the early 20th century, a renaissance of the technique is taking place in both the United States and Israel. One of the artists leading this revival is David Fisher, a native of Jerusalem who is using the latest in laser-cutting technology to produce brilliant paper cuttings. Now you can take one of these beautiful works home with you with this stunning tree of life design. Inspired by both nature and the Bible, this wall hanging features a beautifully designed tree in full bloom with the words of King Solomon (Proverbs 3:18), "Eitz Chaim Hi" ("It is a tree of life") written underneath it. With three background colors to choose from, this piece will make a wonderful addition to your personal art collection.

Available in three different color options.

Please note: This piece is not framed but is available framed for an additional price.

A native of Jerusalem, David Fisher has resurrected the traditional Jewish art of paper cutting with a modern touch by utilizing the latest in laser-cutting technology. His works of art draw inspiration from all facets of Jewish life, including the Bible, the prayer book, synagogues and ancient symbols.
