The Mezuzah is decorated with the Hebrew words “Shema Yisrael” that appear in the center and mean “Hear O Israel” in English. The Hebrew text on this Mezuzah comes from the Shema prayer that is recited twice daily and is the Jewish declaration of faith. This item is a great gift for a wedding!
